Summary of Position

Rejuuv Medi Spa is seeking an extremely passionate individual that is a beauty enthusiast! A receptionist who is able to retain knowledge, keep updated with what’s current, and a wonderful team player!

As the face of Rejuuv, your caring and professional manner will ensure clients feel welcome and comfortable. Your attention to detail will enable clients to understand the range of treatments available to them.

You will be trained to answer any questions they have, book and schedule treatments, develop rapport, create an ongoing relationship between the clients and the Rejuuv Medi Spa team of experts. Your strong organizational and multi-tasking skills will ensure the smooth daily operation of the clinic.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Answer telephone calls and emails and provide accurate information to clients

*Provide guidance to clients on the procedures available at the clinic

*Book treatments & services and advise clients of promotions

*Assist in Sales and endorse products & treatments suggested by our team of professionals

*Assist in ensuring client needs are met and their experience is satisfying

*Maintain careful records of client services

*Process payments of services

*Book-keeping duties include reconciliation of daily reports

*Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic

*Ensure the reception desk is clean and organized

*Knowledge of English/Mandarin/Cantonese languages an asset

*Reliable, motivated, and engaging qualities necessary

*Superior customer service skills required

Qualifications

*Previous experience in reception or administration role (an asset)

*Experience with spa or medical software an asset

*Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa industry

*Excellent written and oral communication skills

*Must have superior customer service skills

*Strong aptitude with numbers

*Strong attention to detail

*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

*Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

*Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.

*Strong time management and organizational skills.

*Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics.

*Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision.

*Knowledge English / Mandarin/Cantonese an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, must be available to work evenings and weekends

Experience:

*spa receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

*previous administration experience 2 years (Preferred)

*Bookkeeping skills an asset

Education:

*High School (Preferred)
