Position Summary: Provide dry styling and clip-in hair extension services and achieve sales and customer service targets. This role is responsible for attracting new clientele and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use sales and interpersonal skills to attract new clients
- Encourage clients to try our products and services
- Provide professional customer service experience
- Colour-matching, installation, and styling of clip-in hair extensions
- Consumer product & service education
- Maintain a professional attitude and excellent working relationships with all colleagues
- Act as an ambassador of L&M at all times and represent the company in a positive light
- Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks
- Housekeeping, re-stocking, and opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum grade 12 education; college degree in a related field is preferred
- One year of retail experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Professional and reliable
