Cleaver-Brooks Acquires Camus Hydronics …

Through the acquisition of Camus Hydronics, Cleaver-Brooks further strengthens its position in the rapidly expanding condensing hydronic boiler market. Camus Hydronics designs and manufactures condensing hydronic boilers and heaters for commercial, institutional, large residential and light industrial markets. The company’s manufacturing facility includes a testing lab, engineering department, manufacturing and assembly lines, warehouse and parts depot. The Products manufactured by Camus Hydronics are regarded to be highly efficient and reliable. Its line of condensing hydronic products compliments those of Cleaver-Brooks, which will broaden the Cleaver-Brooks market appeal to better meet customer needs worldwide.

Job Summary…
To assemble parts and assemblies to complete finished product, meeting defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities…
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude and skill set
  • Assemble to completion existing products per engineering documents and established production standards.
  • Operating other production equipment and performing tasks necessary to complete product to customer specifications.
  • Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for assembly processes.
  • Arranging of parts for completion from previous staging processes.
  • Review of finished assemblies, parts and product to ensure accuracy against drawings & BOMs.
  • Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required.
  • Read and interpret electrical blue prints and follow various work instructions.
  • Layout and wire electrical assemblies in accordance to print requirements.
  • Proficient using wiring tools.
  • Proficient using various hand tools including drills.
  • Ability to work well with fellow employees including active participation in employee involvement activities and problem solving.
  • Must possess electrical aptitude, physical ability and skills to be able to assembler and fit our products.
  • Fully support and participate in promoting safety at all times.
  • Must possess piping/plumbing aptitude and skill set.
  • Assemble to completion existing products per engineering documents and established production standards.
  • Operating other production equipment and performing tasks necessary to complete product to customer specifications.
  • Arranging of parts for completion from previous staging processes.
  • Review of finished assemblies, parts and product to ensure accuracy against drawings & BOMs.
  • Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required.
  • Must be prompt and regular in attendance.
  • Apply intellect, creativity, adaptability, judgment, and management skills to achieve required results.
  • Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Skill and Effort …
Requires skilled, accurate, rapid, and closely coordinated manual skill. Work also requires a considerable variety of fairly steady, active physical exertion.
Working Conditions and Hazards …
Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions.
Do You Qualify…
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
