We are growing and reinforcing our medical disposables business and adding products under our own brand. We design these products and the manufacturing is outsourced. Due to the recent Covid 19 crisis, we have decided to start our own mask-manufacturing unit. We have already finalised an agreement and ordered a fully automatic mask-manufacturing unit and are now recruiting for it. Future Plans are to add capacity and widen product range.

Title: Plant Engineer
Purpose: To get the unit up and running starting with installation /commissioning and once operational manage the facility including maintenance and operation.
Responsibilities;
-Manage and prepare the site for the incoming machinery/plant in terms of layout, services provision and other regulatory requirements.
-Get the plant installed and commissioned.
-Debug the plant and get it operational.
-help and organise recruitment of personnel.
-Once operational manage day-to-day activities like maintenance, operation, scheduling etc.
-Maintain adequate raw materials/spare parts.
-Work towards necessary approvals and certifications.
-Ensure safety and compliance to regulations and GMP.
-Prepare SOP for plant operations and develop and establish specifications for raw material and final products.
-Review and schedule work flow and orders.
Qualifications:
Degree in industrial or mechanical Engg. Preferred but not necessary. Trade qualification or certification with relevant experience is also acceptable.
Experience:
-MIN. 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment with exposure to plant installation and operation.
-Experience in trouble shooting.
Compensation:
$48000-60k/year plus medical benefits plus yearly bonus.In addition we will pay a monthly productivity allowance.
