Flynn Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their Shipping and Receiving Team for their manufacturing facility located in Mississauga.

    • Responsibilities


    • Coordinate with the Shipping/Receiving team to process documentation for Inbound/Outbound Shipments in a timely manner
    • Receive product and verify if items received are as per Flynn Purchase Order and aligns with the Vendor’s Packing Slip
    • Complete receiving process by entering the receipt in SHOPLink (Flynn Warehouse Management Software) and affixing the Skid labels on the skids before moving them to storage locations
    • Package boxes or pallets for product being shipped out to other branches and work sites
    • Deliver items to the manufacturing facility as per demand
    • Document and maintain record of all receipts and ship outs from Flynn warehouses
    • Maintain a clean and well-organized stock room (Cage and Pit)
    • Request restocking inventory as per demand and re-order
    • Conduct regular cycle counts
    • Lead and assist with quarterly inventory counts
    • Other duties as required


    • Qualifications


  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Previous experience with Microsoft office (Word/Excel)
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems/Software
  • Experience using hand-held devices for warehousing operations
  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely
  • Able to lift 50lb
