We have multiple opportunities for you to join our store locations in Toronto or Mississauga

WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM

Known as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, Avestan, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder and CEO, Nicola Kilner.

We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!

THE DETAILS

• Available to work flexible shifts starting from 15 – 30 hours a week
• Commit to a seasonal contract from Oct 24 – December 31
• Participate in Group interviews the week of September 26

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Providing product advice to customers
• Keeping the sales floor tidy and organized
• Manage customer feedback and queries

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE?

• Customer-centric
• Love for Beauty products and passion for skincare <3
• Flexible and open availability
• Keen to Learn & Create Impact
• Previous Retail experience is a Strong Nice to Have 🙂
