A day in the life of a Sales Associate:
  • Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Delivers excellent customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Interacts with customers in a mindful manner
  • Supports Store Manager on sales, reporting, tracking, and store merchandising
  • Maintains store displays and merchandise
  • Executes various store opening and closing tasks
  • Complies with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment’s rules and regulations
  • Stays up to date on product features through training

Good thing you have what it takes:
  • 2 years of retail or customer service experience is an asset
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with others
  • Detail-oriented results-focused problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise
  • 19 years of age or older
