Role Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven, and self-motivated Sales and Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day administrative, sales, and accounting operations. This entry-to-mid-level position is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and evolving environment. Initially part-time, this role is designed to transition to full-time as responsibilities increase, particularly managing client profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks including sales support and accounting.
  • Liaise between sales, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist in managing sales pipelines, from prospecting through to installation.
  • Contribute to recruiting efforts and contractor relations alongside the CEO.
  • Maintain high standards of customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay current on industry and company updates.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone and email interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in CRM tools and proficiency in administrative software.
  • Adaptability to both remote and in-office work environments.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the solar energy sector.
