We are hiring a Production Clerk at our Brampton location. The Production Clerk is responsible for the printing and preparation of the factory tickets that get submitted to the West End planning departments.

They are also the main back-up for Brampton Reception.



What you will be doing:

  • Printing the work orders for each of the 2 plants from our order entry system
  • Photocopying the required copies as needed by each of the plants.
  • Checking the specifications on the work order against the specifications on the print specs for accuracy.
  • Identify any discrepancies and communicate to all parties involved.
  • Preparing the required quality tags that need to be attached to the work orders.
  • Reception back up and the various duties required such as answer calls, greeting visitors, maintain office supplies and assisting as needed.
  • Portal invoicing
  • Other related duties as required.



What you will bring to the table:

  • A minimum grade 12 education is required.
  • Must possess a good telephone manner and be able to read and write English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast paced environment.
