Job Title: Power Apps Developer

Job Description:
- ? Collaborate with senior staff in requirement gathering, design, planning, execution, testing and maintenance of technology projects to support program and organizational operations.
- ? Serve as the technical lead for all Power Platform development, including Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- ? Oversee Dataverse environment management, including data structure, security, integration, and compliance.
- ? Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas PowerApps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
- ? Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
- ? Transform and integrate data using Power Query and dataflows.
- ? Develop and extend external-facing Power Pages portals for clients.
- ? Employ a variety of data modeling techniques to create, update, and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful, actionable analytics that drive organizational decision-making.
- ? Actively participate in technical communities, staying informed of best practices and technological advancements, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- ? Train and support team members on Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
- ? Exhibit creativity, initiative, and a willingness to take on challenges with confidence and humility.
- ? Special projects as assigned.
