We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Neighbourhood Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Regional Manager. Reporting to the Director of Sales, MDU & SMB the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting OSL Neighborhood Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Field teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • As the Neighbourhood Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Regional Manager, you’ll be accountable to deliver the strategy and execution of such functions as:
  • Driving quality sales and market share growth throughout the sales market
  • Lead a team of Neighbourhood Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Field Managers to drive sales performance of their respective teams
  • Optimize sales execution through a structured and standardized approach
  • Managing successful execution of all programs to ensure achievement of sales and activation targets
  • Collaborate with Bell Vendor Manager daily regarding plan execution, target setting, performance, and various targeted programs
  • Elevate leadership skills and people management skills of the team
  • Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize ROI
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Meeting sales targets as set by management for all Bell residential services
  • Responsible to deliver team member coaching and motivational conversations as well as performance planning inclusive of in-field activity
  • Provide guidance to Managers regarding weekly schedules, payroll / vacation requests, inclusive of providing employee direction regarding questions related to OSL, payroll, vacation & expenses
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
  • Host manager sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with sales management team to establish KPIs
  • Sales performance reporting and analysis daily
  • Ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Managing team headcount by driving recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Various other duties as required
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in sales team management, preferably in telecom industry
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related fields is an asset
  • Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating residential markets
  • Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results
  • Customer service-oriented Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills
  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel through assigned territory (some overnight travel may be required) on a regular basis
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to personal vehicle for travel in-field
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
