At Richardson Industrial, we spray protective liquid and powder coatings, as well as providing abrasive blasting services to a vast array of industries. How will you contribute
To prepare for the coating procedure, you will prep and wash an array of metal items.
As a Batch Washer you will:
– Ensure orders are brough to a Wash booth
-Wash and prep metal items with a pressure washer to be staged for painting
– Set up/ hang metal items to be washed
– All other duties as may be assigned
What will make you successful
– Good command of English
– Written and verbal
– Able to read and understand measurements, follow directions
– Is a demonstrated team player and can also work independently
More about this role… Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm & Friday 7:30am-12:30pm/2:00pm with occasional overtime to meet customer deadlines.
Physical Demands
-You will stand for long periods of time
– You will engage in frequent movement, bending, and lifting
– Load or unload parts onto dollies in order to preform washing
*Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvements and 5S is high sough after*

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
