Job Description
Scarborough family seeks full-time child care-giver for seven and five year-old children. Duties include school pickup, cooking meals, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, activity drop off and pickup, periodic grocery shopping, laundering linen and clothes as well as some housekeeping on a full time basis.
Benefits
Selected Candidate will earn an hourly wage of $17.00 per hour for a forty hour work week Mondays to Fridays eight hours per day. Accommodation include all amenities, with TV and internet
Caregiver will have two days off per week, Saturdays and Sundays
After a years’ service there caregiver is entitled to ten business days vacation or four percent of the wages earned in lieu of vacation. Statutory deductions enable caregiver to build CPP and EI entitlements.
Job Requirements
Successful candidate will have experience as a caregiver for the stated age group, with education equivalent to Canadian grade 12, or training as a caregiver, exhibiting flexibility attention to details
