Job Description
Full time position available in Mississauga, Ontario, The job entails caring for two teenagers including preparing meals , maintain a safe environment, monitor homework, TV viewing, housekeeping and laundry. Caregiver must be able to take charge of the household in the absence of the parents.
Benefits
The position is full-time with two days off per week usually Saturdays and Sundays. The wage is fifteen dollars per hour ($15.00/hr) for a forty hour week. Vacation is two weeks per year after one full years service or four percent of earned wage if applicable. Statutory deductions are made and wages are paid biweekly. Accommodation is available if required but living-in is not a condition of employment and there is no charge.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Canadian grade 12 education or equivalent. It is mandatory that caregiver has experience working with teenagers. Caregiver will be confident, reliable, flexible and able to work without supervision. English is mandatory and caregiver must be able to communicate effectively and set priorities
