Hardscape Technician – NOC 22114

T. Moscone & Bros Landscaping is hiring a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent Landscape/Hardscape Technician. The successful candidate will be paid $29.00/hour and receive extended health and dental benefits after 6 months of employment. This position is based out of our office located at 4025 East 1^st Avenue in Burnaby, BC, V5C 3W5. Travel to worksites located throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is required. The language of work is English.

Duties are as follows:

• Maintaining lawns, gardens, athletic fields, golf courses, parks, interior plantscapes and other landscaped areas;
• Constructing landscape and landscape structures;
• Constructing and maintaining outdoor spaces using interlocking bricks, stone, and other hardscape materials;
• Lay pavers, flagstone, and other hardscape materials with precision;
• Moving large rocks, working around ponds, and installing features such as patios and retaining walls;
• Operating heavy tools and landscape equipment.

Job requirements:

• A minimum of one year related work experience.
