Compensation
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour, pending experience.
Responsible Duties
The prospective candidate will be responsible for general property maintenance of three properties within the City of Toronto. In addition, the prospective candidate will have extensive experience in work related, but not limited, to light electrical, plumbing, drywall patching, painting, light landscaping and general interior finishing. In general, the ideal candidate will be a “Jack or Jill of all trades”.
Qualifications & Skills
The prospective candidate will have extensive experience general property maintenance, light construction and interior finishing. Access to his or her own tools, vehicle complete with clean driving record is required. The prospective candidate is required hold their own WSIB insurance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience.
