Maintenance Worker

WANTED: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations

We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working and devoted handy man. You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as drywall, plaster, paint, ceramic tiles, small plumbing and electrical, counter tops, etc. in Hi-Rise rental apartments.

This is a full-time position (not for general contractors). Serious applicants only.

Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.

A successful candidate requires:

– A set of their own tools

– 2-3 years of experience

– Their own vehicle

– an ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• handy man: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence:
