General Helper

VPC Group is looking for a Foam line Helper to support its quality foam products in Brampton, ON.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with foam machine set-up and tear-down
• Label foam during production, using markers or inkjet printers
• General housekeeping of areas
• Data entry of foam production into computer program
• Counting of foam bun inventory (when covering for vacation)

To be successful in the role, you should have:

Requirements:

• Standing all day
• Working in heat in summer, cold in winter
• Able to speak and understand instructions in English
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Work breaks at odd times
• Working hours 7am-3pm plus ability to work OT during the week and Saturdays
• Not asthmatic
• Able to wear a respirator if required, thus clean shaven.
• Able to start at 6am if requested to cover for vacation/sick day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00 per hour
