Job Description
Experienced Caregiver is required for elderly female.The position is full time, forty hours per week. Caregiver will provide companionship for elderly female, personal care and hygiene help, assist with bathing, assist with exercise, prepare and serve nutritious meals, administer medications according to prescriptions, launder linen and clothes, light housekeeping
Benefits
Successful candidate will enjoy the benefit of full time work with wages at $15.72/per hour and overtime at time and a half.
Off days are Saturdays and vacation is two weeks after one year of full time service
Room and board is provided ant no cost to employee and living in is optional and not a condition of employment.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have Canadian grade twelve or equivalent and must have at least two years experience caring for an elder female with Alzheimer disease
- The caregiver will be able to work without supervision and be thoughtful, patient and organized, reliable, dependable and exercise good judgment and flexibility
