Construction Project Coordinator

Brook Restoration specializes in a broad range of restoration sectors, including high-rise commercial & residential, low-rise commercial & residential, health care facilities, institutional facilities, places of worship, and educational facilities. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to update team members on project status and address any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate certifications and training records.
  • 1 year(s) or more experience in the Building Restoration industry.
  • Technical knowledge in Building Sciences, Restoration and Structural Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software as well as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Works well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
