Job Description
Experienced caregiver needed for two boys under 12 years old. Successful candidate will have at least two years of experience to look after two boys. Caregiver will instruct children in personal hygiene, prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintain a safe environment in the home, supervise playtime and TV viewing, organize activities outdoors, discipline them according to the parent’s requirements, do linen and some housework
Benefits
Caregiver will enjoy full time employment, two days off…Saturdays and Sundays… per week, a wage of Fifteen Dollars per hour ($15.00/hr), two days vacation after one year of service. Statutory deductions of taxes, Canada Pension Plan and employment insurance will apply. Lunch and washroom breaks are part of the agreement. Employee is required to sign a contract.
Job Requirements
Employer seeks a caregiver with Canadian Grade 12 Education or equivalent, and at least two years of taking care of children, preferable caring for boys under 12 years old. Caregiver will exhibit patience, flexibility, initiative, reliability and be able to communicate with both children and parent.
