Branch Manager Trainee Program**
The Branch Manager Trainee Program is designed to build your knowledge from the ground up. Over a period of three to five years you will have the opportunity to experience every aspect of our business with the end goal of becoming a Branch Manager within Yorkland Controls
How does it work? Located at our Toronto branch office you will learn how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped. Once you understand the logistical side of our business it’s time to focus on the order desk and customer service process.
Working within our Order Desk and Customer Service Department you will work face-to-face with our customers and get hands-on with our products, building your knowledge of our product and service offerings. You will learn the technical side of our business and develop strong relationships with vendors and customers.
Work with our vendors and sales team to participate in product training and promotion events. Work with our purchasing and inventory control departments to ensure that we have the right products at the right time.
Work with Management and Sales leaders to profitably operate and grow sales at the Branch level.
Prerequisites Minimum Post-Graduate College Certificate or equivalent experience is required.
A strong work ethic and interpersonal skills are essential
A technical background in HVAC is an advantage for this position.
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate

Salary: $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
