We are looking to hire an administrative assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to emails
- Generate invoices and estimates for clients
- Schedule site visits and installations
- Process payments for client purchases
- Take specs of incoming radiators
- Coordinate appointments for clients to visit the shop
- Clerical duties such as filing and maintaining record system
- General office maintenance (watering plants, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, general tidying, etc.)
- Perform other personal errands as required (pick-up coffee, lunch, go to the post office, drop off packages for shipping, etc.)
We are looking for someone who is flexible with their skill-set, who is a team player and is willing to help out where ever necessary.
Some critical qualifications that we are looking for in an administrative assistant are:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- The ability to multi-task and be flexible when priorities shift
- Extensive computer and technology skills
*Having a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
