We are looking to hire an administrative assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Generate invoices and estimates for clients
  • Schedule site visits and installations
  • Process payments for client purchases
  • Take specs of incoming radiators
  • Coordinate appointments for clients to visit the shop
  • Clerical duties such as filing and maintaining record system
  • General office maintenance (watering plants, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, general tidying, etc.)
  • Perform other personal errands as required (pick-up coffee, lunch, go to the post office, drop off packages for shipping, etc.)

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their skill-set, who is a team player and is willing to help out where ever necessary.

Some critical qualifications that we are looking for in an administrative assistant are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • The ability to multi-task and be flexible when priorities shift
  • Extensive computer and technology skills

*Having a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Toronto, ON (Preferred)
